After-Hours Clinic

If you require medical advice about a healthcare concern AND you cannot access your own doctor or nurse practitioner the Mapleton Health Centre is now offering an After-Hours Clinic on Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm.

The purpose of this clinic is to see urgent/semi-urgent concerns that require in person assessment but perhaps do not quite meet the requirements of an Emergency Room visit. 

This clinic is booked on a first come, first served basis. 

• Be a patient of the Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team (Dr. Chu, Dr. Calarco, Samantha Cohen, Jodi Colwill, Dr. Deacon, Chantelle Koeslag, Dr. Norman, Dr. Peterkin, Dr. Semelhago, Dr. Sun, Patrice Shantz, or Dr. Weilgosz).

• Follow the Appointment booking directions listed below

• This is NOT a walk-in clinic, appointments are required
  
• This Clinic is NOT a substitute for the Emergency Room
  
• One all appointment slots are filled, no more will be offered.

• Urinary Tract Infections
• Ear Infections
• Wound Infections
• Upper Respiratory Tract Infections
• Strep Throat
• Eye Irritation and Redness

1. Booking is open from 4pm - 7pm on Thursdays
   
2. Call (519)638-3088 ext. 2 to book an appointment OR book an appointment online using the link below AFTER 4pm on Thursdays (please note, booking will NOT be available before this time).
   
3. DO NOT come to the clinic without an appointment. This is NOT a walk in clinic.
   
4. The phones may not be answered if the clinic is extremely busy or full. If there is no availability online and it is after 4pm on a Thursday, the appointments are filled.
