Online Booking is the most convenient, preferable way to book an appointment but you can also book by calling into the office during business hours. 

Our 2025 Flu & COVID-19 Clinics have been completed. If you still require your flu or COVID-19 vaccines you can check with your local pharmacies or call into the office to see if there is availability with the nurses at Mapleton Health Centre (for those not eligible to receive their vaccines at a pharmacy. 

MHC offers an after-hours clinic for patients of the Minto-Mapleton Family Health Organization. For more information please see our After-Hours Page.

Some of our providers offer home visits to their homebound or palliative patients. Please speak with an MHC receptionist or your care provider to discuss this further.
