Online Booking is the most convenient, preferable way to book an appointment but you can also book by calling into the office during business hours.

MHC offers an after-hours clinic for patients of the Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team. For more information please see our After-Hours Page.

Some of our providers offer home visits to their homebound or palliative patients. Please speak with an MHC receptionist or your care provider to discuss this further.
